Absolute Humidity (AH) in relation to Temperature and RH

Table of the Absolute (or real) Moist content/Humidity (AH) in the air, related to the different temperatures (T°) and relative Humidity (RH)) of the air. On top (horizontal) the different RH values. And on the left en right column (vertical) you see the temperature. Moist will stay in the air because moist molecules move. They can move thanks to the energy in the air. Warm air has more energy and therefore can hold more moist than cold air. When the air is saturated with moist (AH maximum) we say; we have 100% moisture content. A lower AH is reported in relation to the maximum moisture content; so 40% RH means that the air contains out of 40% moist related to the maximum moisture content at that Temperature.
